First Carnival for Nippers is at Seacliff Surf Life Saving Club On Sunday 17th November 2019..

child must be a member – membership due now basic assessment must be completed for beach events competition assessment must be completed for water events.
Assessments to be completed one week prior to carnival. At least one parent / guardian to help on day please talk to committee members on how to be involved example
